HB Hardbody is fully equipped and a great place to work out. My training with Dee not only provides me with an excellent workout, but she gives me personal nutritional information and numerous tips about my health overall. Dee also trains my daughter, but changes the routine and nutritional needs that work best for her body type. In addition to the obvious benefits of exercise, we love the fact that it improves our complexion.

We have two boys that are in their first year of attending BSH. Our experience has been nothing but wonderful. The preschool and kindegarten teachers are everything we had hoped for and more. Kind, loving, and motivating! Their confidence is soaring, they are excited to go to school, and our 5 year old is reading! Parent involvement is encouraged on a number of levels here and there are so many wonderful opportunities to volunteer and participate in school activities and events. I've found it to be a supportive, family-friendly environment.
